CHECK IN TIME: 3:00pm.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00am
STANDARD OCCUPANCY:
2 to 4 people. Over 4, additional per-person
charge of $35.00 plus tax, per night.
RESERVATIONS DEPOSIT:
$600.00 deposit required at time of confirmation
of registration. $300.00 will be applied
to the security deposit. The unit will
be inspected upon tenant departure. Security
deposit monies will be applied to excessive
laundry, excessive kitchen clean-up and/or
necessary repairs due to unit damage during
tenant stay.
Payments may be remitted and processed
through VISA, Master card or in the form
of a personal check.
Calendar
dates will be marked off processing your
deposit.
Balances
are due 30 days prior to arrival.
Rates
are subject to 11.42% hotel tax
A cleaning fee will be charged for a one
time cleaning.
CANCELLATION:
$100.00 will be assessed for
cancellations up to and including 30 days
prior to your requested arrival date.
All payments will be forfeited if cancellation
occurs within 30 days prior to arrival.
Policies are adjusted for short notice
bookings. (Please call for Christmas terms.)
For merchant protection, if client should
decide, for any reason, to depart before
the agreed upon check out date, renter
understands and agrees that they will
not request or require a refund.
